A quick and easy citrus sauce served hot which makes a perfect accompaniment to  any cooked fish.
Makes about ½ cup of sauce.
Preparation time  10 minutes


  • ½ teaspoon finely grated fresh orange peel,
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • ½  teaspoon salt,
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg,
  • 1 tablespoon very finely chopped fresh parsley.

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until warmed through. Use sparingly.
