Preheat grill to moderate heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Escalopes of Veal
  • 8 Slices of Prosciutto Ham
  • 8 Cocktail Sticks
  • 8 Large Fresh Sage Leaves
  • 1 lemon

Cover the veal escalopes with prosciutto slices. Place a sage leaf on top of each and secure in place with a cocktail stick. Place escalopes under the grill, veal side down. Grill for 10 minutes or until prosciutto has crisped. Squeeze with lemon juice and serve.
