This wonderful sauce can be brushed on chicken as a marinade before grilling.
Preparation time 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon,
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • dash of salt,
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar and mustard. While whisking, slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream, allowing it to become gradually incorporated into the mix. Whisk in the salt and pepper.
