INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tuna steaks about 2 cm [1”] thick
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 2 lemon wedges

Rub salt and oil into the steaks and let stand for half an hour. This is important for the flavour.

Mix together the soy sauce and mint.

When ready to cook, heat the grill; rub the soy sauce and mint mixture into the steaks and grill for approximately 2 minutes each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
