Preheat

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 6 oz [175gm] tuna steak

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock,
  • ½  tablespoon light soy sauce,
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil,1 tablespoon tangerine juice

In a shallow bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Add the tuna and marinate for about 1 hour.

Place the tuna under a hot grill, cooking for about  4-5 minutes each side.
