INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lemon seeded and quartered [peel left on],
  • ½ cup pink grapefruit juice,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander,
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

Place the lemon in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and chop. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend. Use sparingly.
