Preheat grill to high.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large pork chops
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice

Lightly rub the garlic over the chops. Brush each chop, both sides, with orange juice. Rub salt and pepper into the meat.

Place the chops under a preheated grill, cooking approximately 10 minutes each side or as preferred.
