Makes 24 bite-sized snacks
Preparation time  30 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 rashers streaky bacon cut in half, crossways [so you end up with 24 short wide pieces of bacon]
  • 12 chicken livers, trimmed, and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Wooden cocktail sticks

Wrap a piece of bacon around each half chicken liver and secure in position with a wooden cocktail stick. Brush with oil and cook under a preheated grill or barbeque for 5 minutes on each side.
