Cooking time 20 – 30 minutes [depending on the thickness of the chicken].
Preheat 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4


  • 4 Chicken thighs [boneless and skinless]
  • 4 Bacon rashers
  • 8 Cocktail sticks
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  • Zest of 1 orange

Place a slice of bacon laid out on a chopping board. Place a chicken thigh across the bacon; sprinkle with orange zest. Add whatever fresh herb you have to hand. Roll up the chicken and bacon and secure with two cocktail sticks. Repeat with the remaining chicken thighs. Place on an oven proof tray and bake 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken). Serve.
