Preheat grill to moderate heat.


  • 8 fresh oysters, without shells,
  • 8 rashers of bacon,
  • 8 cocktail sticks,
  • juice of 1 lemon.

Turn grill to a moderate heat.  Place each oyster on a rasher of bacon and roll up, securing with cocktail stick. Place on a grill tray and grill for 5 minutes each side, or until they are cooked. Be careful not to overcook. Squeeze a little lemon juice over them and serve.
