Makes 24 bite-sized snacks

Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 rashers streaky bacon cut in half, crossways [so you end up with 24 short wide pieces of bacon]
- 12 chicken livers, trimmed, and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Wooden cocktail sticks
Wrap a piece of bacon around each half chicken liver and secure in position with a wooden cocktail stick. Brush with oil and cook under a preheated grill or barbeque for 5 minutes on each side.
